Nastasja brings in a variety to work and I gobble whatever she gives me up!
I do like the cookies-n-creme but will be happy to try
any new ones you make and to us at HSC!”
I’ll contact you with the details.

Speaking of congratulations…CONGRATS Mario & Kannitha!
Sorry we missed the main event due to the unexplained traffic jam we ran into.
My sister, Nancy (or Mario’s mom to most people), finally redeemed her Christmas “present” (aka, 3 dozen cupcakes) from last year and I just had to try this “flower” technique on these Chocolate Cupcakes with Fudgy Buttercream.
Soooo glad they turned out decent.
And the things below…
Are a Heart. Attack. Waiting. To happen.
Do not eat all at one time.
The way Nastasja did. (Doing P90X tomorrow, dear?)
These are the Cookie Dough Brownies I had to try after seeing them on various blogs.
I made my go-to Fudgy Brownies (by Martha Stewart) and once chilled, cut them out using a round cookie cutter. I then topped it off with the cookie dough and patted them down to fit the round brownies. Don’t worry, food safe gloves were used making these hockey pucks. And I swear they weighed 1/2 pound EACH!
The cookie dough did not have any eggs what-so-ever.
The “Congrats” banner topped the Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting.
A favorite of Mario & Kannitha.
A customized M&K monogram (which I had fun doing) topped the remaining cupcakes.
Congrats again, Mario & Kannitha!
